Abstract

LITERATURE REVIEW: HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN HEMODIALISA ABSTRAK Hemodialisa adalah salah satu terapi pada pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK), Proses ini berlangsung secara berkelanjutan yang sangat erat hubungannya dengan kualitas hidup. Kualitas hidup sangat di pengaruhui oleh dukungan keluarga. Salah satu bentuk dukungan keluarga adalah dukungan emosional yang meliputi bentuk afeksi, adanya kepercayaan, perhatian, pendampingan saat terapi berlangsung. Dengan dukungan tersebut berpengaruh kepada kepatuhan pasien terhadap program terapi dan program pengobatan medis sehingga akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan cara mencari artikel pada database. Peneliti menggunakan tiga database yaitu PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar rentang waktu 2015-2020. Artikel yang dicari dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang sudah ditentukan peneliti dan kemudian artikel di ekstraksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Sehingga ditemukan 10 artikel untuk dianalisa. Hasil literature review menunjukan terdapat dukungan yang baik pada pasien hemodialisa dan kualitas hidup yang baik pada pasien hemodialisa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisa dimana skor kualitas hidup pasien meningkat saat skor dukungan keluarga juga ditingkatkan LITERATURE REVIEW: RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT WITH HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS 'QUALITY OF LIFE ABSTRACT Hemodialysis is one of the therapies in chronic kidney failure (CRF) patients. This process takes place on an ongoing basis, which is closely related to quality of life. The quality of life is greatly influenced by family support. One from of family support is emotional support which includes affection, trust,attention, assistance during the therapy.this support affects patient adherence to therapy program and medical treatment program so that patient’s quality of life. This study aims to identify the relationship between family support and quality of life for hemodialysis patients. The method used in this research is literature review by searching for articles in the database. Researchers used three databases, namely PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for the period 2015-2020. Articles were searched using keywords that had been determined by the researcher and then the articles were extracted based on inclusion and exclusion criteria using the PRISMA protocol. So that found 10 articles to be analyzed. The results of the literature review show that there is good support in hemodialysis patients and a good quality of life in hemodialysis patients. The conclusion of this study suggest that the significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of patients will improve.
