Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan Akreditasi puskesmas merupakan salah satu upaya yang diatur oleh pemerintah agar mutu suatu pelayanan kesehatan dapat terjaga. Namun pada 3 puskesmas terakreditasi di Kota Padang masih terjadi penurunan jumlah kunjungan pasien dari tahun 2017 ke 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status akreditasi puskesmas dengan kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Kota Padang tahun 2019. Metode Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April sampai Juni 2019 dengan populasi penelitian adalah pasien rawat jalan yang berada di Puskesmas Lubuk Begalung (akreditasi utama), Puskesmas Ambacang (akreditasi madya), dan Puskesmas Lapai (akreditasi dasar) dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate sampling dan dilanjutkan dengan accidental sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dengan p value < 0,005. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kepuasan pasien di tiga puskesmas adalah 56,5%, sedangkan kepuasan di Puskesmas Lubuk Begalung (60,5%), Ambacang (50%), dan Lapai (57,1%). Didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status akreditasi puskesmas dengan kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Kota Padang tahun 2019 dengan p-value 0,704. Pada variabel tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna dengan nilai p-value 0,002 dan 0,011 masing-masingnya. Kesimpulan Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status akreditasi puskesmas dengan kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Kota Padang. Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas Lubuk Begalung, Puskesmas Ambacang, dan Puskesmas Lapai untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanannya. ABSTRACT Objective Accreditation status of public health center is one of the efforts regulated by the government so that the quality of a health service can be maintained. However, in 3 accredited health center in Padang there was still a decrease in number of patients visits from 2017 to 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the accreditation status of public health center and patient satisfaction in public health center of Padang City in 2019. Method Quantitative research that use cross sectional study design. This study was conducted from April to June 2019 with study population was outpatients in the Lubuk Begalung Health Center (main accreditation), Ambacang Health Center (middle accreditation), and Lapai Health Center (basic accreditation) and the number of sample was 85 respondent. The sampling technique used the proportionate sampling method and continued with accidental sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test with 95% confidence level with p value <0.005. Result The results showed that overall patient satisfaction in three public health center was 56.5%, while satisfaction in Lubuk Begalung Health Center (60.5%), Ambacang Health Center (50%), and Lapai Health Center (57.1%). It was found that there was no significant relationship between the accreditation status of public health center and patient satisfaction in public health center of Padang City in 2019 with p-value 0,704. The level of education and income variable shows that there is a significant relationship with p-value of 0,002 and 0,011 respectively. Conclusion There was no significant relationship between the accreditation status of public health center and patient satisfaction in public health center of Padang City in 2019. Suggested for Lubuk Begalung Health Center, Ambacang Health Center, and Lapai Health Center to maintain and improve their services.
