Abstract

This Research aims to test and analyze The Influence of Internship and Work Motivatio on Work Readiness (A case study of XI Grade Students at SMK N 2 Batusangkar). The sample for this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was collected by distributing questionnaires to 89 students of SMK N 2 Batusangkar. Research data processing was processed using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) software version 4.0. The research results show that the Internship variable has a positive and significant effect on the work Readiness of XI Grade Students at SMK N 2 Batusangkar. Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the work readiness of XI Grade Students at SMK N 2 Batusangkar. Through this result, for thefuture researcher can use as reference that can be developed as well as adding other varibales with techniques or deep approaches to make it worthwhile.
