Abstract
This research aims to know the effect of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility towards company value. This research is performed on the consumer goods sector of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The research sample is obtained by purposive sampling method resulted the company that meets all the sample criterias. The resulted showed that corporate governance in terms of board of commissioner, corporate governance in terms of board committee and corporate social responsibility have no significant effect towards the company value while corporate governance in terms of board of director have negative significant effect towards the company value.
