Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND LEADERSHIP STYLE WITH MOTIVATION AS THE INTERVENING VARIABLES ON PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT PT ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR (HEAD OFFICE) JAKARTA Egalyant Wellmina Hendra Lukito Magister Management, Faculty Of Economics, Andalas University ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of organizational culture and leadership style with motivation as the intervening variables on performance of employees. The population this research are the employees of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Jakarta Head Office that add up to 300 people. The number of samples taken 145 respondents with the method of sampling technique are simple random sampling. The method this research is quantitative with the descriptive approach. Technique collecting data by survey using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed positive and significant influence between organizational culture and leadership styles on performance of employees and partially mediate the motivations between the organizational culture and leadership styles on performance of employees. ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR (HEAD OFFICE) JAKARTA Egalyant Wellmina Hendra Lukito Magister Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Andalas ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Head Office Jakarta yang berjumlah 300 orang. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 145 responden dengan metode teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara simple random sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara survey melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi memediasi secara parsial antara budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
