Abstract
to analyze the effect of Job discipline and application of technology to the performance of employee in PT Semen Padang by using leadership to mediating variable of the employee performance.in this thesis we use smart PLS to calculate the data.For the research design we calculate 100 questioneer which already distribute to the employee of PT Semen Padang Randomly.So we got the result the leadership significantly affect the employee performance of PT Semen Padang
