Abstract
PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT WANITA DI RSUD DR. RASIDIN PADANG DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING Thesis Oleh : Diandita Syurya Mitra Pembimbing: Prof. Dr. Herri, SE., MBA Dr. Donard Gomes, SE., M.Bus ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh work family conflict dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderating pada perawat wanita di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah work family conflict dan beban kerja, variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini kepuasan kerja, dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu perawat wanita di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang perawat.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptifdengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif kinerja perawat, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif kinerja perawat, selanjutnya kepuasan kerja memoderasi hubungan antara work family conflict dengan kinerja perawat, dan kepuasan kerja memoderasi hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja perawat.Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinan diperoleh nilai R square adalah sebesar 0.455, yang hal ini berarti 45,5% dari kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh Work Family Conflict, dan Beban Kerja dengan moderating Kepuasan Kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 54,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Rasidin Padang. The independent variables in this study are work family conflict and workload and Job Satisfaction as moderating variables while nurse performance is the dependent variable. The population in this study are employees of RSUD. dr. Rasidin Padang. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling with a total of 94 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that work family conflict had no negative and significant effect on nurse performance, workload had on negative and significant effect on nurse performance and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, job satisfaction moderates the relationship between work family conflict and nurse performance, and job satisfaction moderates the relationship between workload and nurse performance .Based on the results of the determinant coefficient test, the R square value is 0.455, which means that 45.5% of employee performance is explained by Work Family Conflict, and Workload by moderating Job Satisfaction.
