Abstract
FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Januari, 2021 Nama : Destia Rahmayanti No.BP : 1911316037 Gambaran Stres Mahasiswa Alih Jenjang dalam Mengerjakan Skripsi di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Fakultas Keperawatan Unand ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah mejadi krisis kesehatan di dunia saat ini.Pemerintah mengambil kebijakan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran dan melakukanpenutupan sementara lembaga pendidikan. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir akan mengakhiri masa kuliah dengan menyusun skripsi sebagai syarat kelulusan dimasa pandemi dengan metode daring. Dengan konsultasi yang dilakukan secara daring ini membuat mahasiswa mengalami banyak kesulitan dan masalah yang mengakibatkan terjadi gangguan kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa berupa stres, kecemasan dan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres pada Mahasiswa Alih Jenjang dalam Mengerjakan Skripsi di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Fakultas Keperawatan UNAND. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah sampel 77 orang mahasiswa dengan metode sampling yaitu total samplingyang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Tempat penelitian ini di Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Andalas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner DASS 21 (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scales). Hasil penelitian didapatkan Tingkat stres ringan (3,9%), stres sedang (57,1%), dan stres berat (39%). Tingkat kecemasan normal (67,5%), kecemasan ringan (24,7%), dan kecemasan sedang (7,8%). Tingkat depresi normal (97,4%), dan depresi ringan (2,6%). Didapatkan mahasiswa mengalami stres berat, kecemasan sedang dan depresi ringan.Diharapkan agar mahasiswa dapat melakukan pengaturan waktu dengan cara mengerjakannya secara konsisten, buat perencanaan tugas akhir, jangan menunda, selalu kontak dengan dosen pembimbing dan lakukan revisi segera mungkin agar segala kegiatan bisa terencana dengan baik. Bagi tenaga pendidik diharapkan juga dapat mengatur waktu dengan cara membuat jadwal secara khusus untuk bimbingan skripsi sebisa mungkin untuk di taati bersama antara dosen dan mahasiswa. The government has taken a policy to break the chain of spread and carry out the temporary closure of educational institutions. Final year students will end their study period by compiling a thesis as a requirement for graduation during the pandemic using the online method. With this online consultation, students experience many difficulties and problems that result in mental health problems in students in the form of stress, anxiety and depression. This study aims to describe the level of stress in Transferred Level Students in Working on Thesis in the Covid-19 Pandemic, Faculty of Nursing, UNAND. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample size is 77 students with the sampling method, namely total sampling that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The place of this research is in the Faculty of Nursing, Andalas University. The data were collected using the DASS 21 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scales). The results showed levels of mild stress (3.9%), moderate stress (57.1%), and severe stress (39%). The level of anxiety is normal (67.5%), mild anxiety (24.7%), and moderate anxiety (7.8%). The level of normal depression (97.4%), and mild depression (2.6%). It was found that students experienced severe stress, moderate anxiety and mild depression. It is hoped that students can make time arrangements by doing it consistently, planning the final project, not delaying it, always in contact with the supervisor and revising it as soon as possible so that all activities can be well planned. Educators are also expected to be able to manage time by making a special schedule for thesis guidance as much as possible to be obeyed jointly between lecturers and students.
