Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the work environment, outcome orientatin, teamwork on employee performance. Employee performance is important because it will support the success of MSMEs and will ultimately have an impact on the profitability of the organization. Based on the quantitative approach, data was collected from 150 respondents with a questionnaire. These respondents were deliberately chosen and obtained by SMEs in the travel services sector. Characteristics of respondents are SME owners / managers, have been established for more than 1 year, and have at least 2 employees / subordinates. Analyzing data with multiple linear analysis methods by SPSS. Statistical analysis revealed that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, outcome orientation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance. This result implies that in the SME the travel services sector must have the knowledge, a solid team and environmental support to improve employee performance. Kata Kunci : work environment, outcome orientatin, teamwork dan employee performance.
