Abstract
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Trasformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang One Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Mediasi "di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang One. Lenny Risma Ulina Sinabariba Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi-Universitas Andalas Padang Indonesia lenny.rismaulina@ gmail.com ABSTRAK Adapun penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Trasformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Mediasi ”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis ini memperkuat argumentasi dan logika dalam menjawab dan melaksanakan. Dugaan yang akan dideskripsikan dalam analisis kuantitatif dilakukan berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah dikumpulkan dan diisi oleh 95 karyawan, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan aplikasi PLS. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan karyawan, kemudian kepemimpinan transformasional dan organisasi budaya terhadap kinerja karyawan. This analysis to strengthen the argument and logic in answering and implementing the conjecture to be described in quantitative analysis is done based on the collected from questionnaire (kusioner) that has been submitted and filled by 95 employees. Then this data is statistically analyzed by using PLS application. The results of the research analysis showed that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee satisfaction, then transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.
