Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation, Customer Orientation, dan Technological Orientation terhadap Sales and Business Development Melalui Media Sosial dalam Masa COVID-19 pada UMKM Sub Sektor Kuliner di Kota Padang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner/angket kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 orang, untuk kemudian diolah dan diuji. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 13. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurial Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sales and Business Development, Customer Orientation berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Sales and Business Development dan Technological Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sales and Business Development. Kata Kunci : Entrepreneurial Orientation, Customer Orientation, Technological Orientation, Sales and Business Development
