FACULTY OFNURSING OF ANDALAS UNIVERSITY FINAL SCINTIFICT REPORT Name : Silvia Audia Putri Register Number : 1841313006 Postpartum Nursing Care to Mrs. C (19 Yo) P1A0L1 and Evidance Based Practicein Public Center Health of Lubuk Buaya Padang 2020 ABSTRACT Being a parent in adolescence can cause various kinds of problems. The problem is in the form of physical problems and psychological problems. If coping is not optimal it will cause psychological problems postpartum. From the results of the history found EPDS score of 18 postpartum mothers. While the mother has a role to care for and maintain the physical and psychological needs of the baby are met. However, in carrying out this role several problems can arise, one of them being unpreparedness as a mother is related to low knowledge, young age, experience that does not exist. The aim of this scientific work is to apply postpartum nursing care to Mrs. C (19 th) P1A0L1 and to apply evidence based practice in the Lubuk Buaya Health Center in Padang City in 2020 by providing back massage therapy, lactation counseling, and increasing the role of caregiving with new baby counseling. birth, postpartum care, and KB for nursing mothers. All of these EBPs have a significant influence on patient’s nursing problems with a decrease in postpartum psychological problems, increased knowledge, and changes in breastfeeding and caring for babies. This scientific work can be included in the provision of nursing care, especially patients with postpartum psychological problems and the application of EBP at home.
