Abstract

Tujuan Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian di dunia. PJK disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya riwayat keluarga, aktivitas fisik, dan merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan variabel independen (riwayat keluarga, aktivitas fisik, dan merokok) terhadap variabel dependen (penyakit jantung koroner) pada pasien di unit rawat jalan RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang Tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan studi penelitian analitik dengan disain kasus kontrol pada pasien di unit rawat jalan RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang dengan perbandingan sampel 1:1. Jumlah sampel adalah 64 orang yang terdiri dari 32 kasus dan 32 kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung (riwayat keluarga, aktivitas fisik, dan merokok) dan rekam medis (diagnosa pasien). Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Epi Info 7 dengan uji Chi Square (α=0,05). Hasil Hasil analisis bivariat menemukan variabel yang berhubungan dengan penyakit jantung koroner yaitu aktivitas fisik OR = 3,18 (95% CI: 1,14 – 8,84), status merokok OR = 3,21 (95% CI: 1,15 – 8,96), dan jumlah rokok OR = 0,11 (95% CI: 0,01 – 0,71). Kesimpulan Aktivitas fisik, status merokok, dan jumlah rokok memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit jantung koroner. Diharapkan kepada pasien dapat menjaga kesehatannya dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik seperti berjalan minimal 30 menit dan menghentikan kebiasaan merokok. Rasidin Padang 2019. Method This study was an analytic research study with case kontrol design of patient in an outpatient unit with a sample ratio of 1: 1. The number of samples was 64 people consisting of 32 cases and 32 kontrols. Data obtained by direct interview (family history, physical activity, and smoking) and medical records (diagnose of patient). Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate using Epi Info 7 with the Chi Square test (α=0,05). Result Results of bivariat analysis found variables related to the coronary heart disease namely physical acticity OR = 3,18 (95% CI: 1,14 – 8,84) smoking status OR = 3,21 (95% CI: 1,15 – 8,96) and number of cigaretes OR = 0,11 (95% CI: 0,01 – 0,71). Conclusion Physical activity, smoking status, and number of cigaretes was related to the coronary heart diseas. It is expected that patients to maintain their health by increasing physical activity such as walking for at least 30 minutes and stop smoking.
