Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner online kepada 61 responden yang merupakan PNS milenial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa millennial leadership memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS milenial. Sementara itu, millennial leadership dan meaningful work terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya, meaningful work dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS milenial. Kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara millennial leadership dan kinerja, serta antara meaningful work dan kinerja. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research method. Data were collected through an online survey using questionnaires distributed to 61 millennial civil servants. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that millennial leadership has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of millennial civil servants. Meanwhile, millennial leadership and meaningful work have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Furthermore, meaningful work and job satisfaction have positive and significant effects on the performance of millennial civil servants. Job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between millennial leadership and performance, as well as between meaningful work and performance.
