Abstract
This study aims to describe learning agility in teachers in applying the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (KMB). Learning agility is the ability of individuals to learn from experience and adapt to changing situations. Teachers are required to have this ability in order to respond to curriculum changes effectively and innovatively. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using total sampling on 106 teachers from various educational levels at the Igasar Semen Foundation School in Padang. The instrument used was a learning agility scale comprising four dimensions: mental agility, people agility, change agility, and result agility. Descriptive analysis results showed that the majority of subjects were in the high learning agility category, with a dominance in the mental agility dimension, reflecting the ability to think flexibly and address problems constructively. These findings indicate that teachers are well prepared to face the dynamics of implementing the new curriculum and show potential for continued growth through experience and collaboration. The results of this study show that teachers at the Igasar Semen Foundation School in Padang generally have an adequate level of learning agility, which can be an important asset in supporting the successful implementation of the KMB in an adaptive and sustainable manner.
