Abstract
PENGARUH MODALPSIKOLOGISDAN BEBAN KERJATERHADAP ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PEGAWAI KANTOR PERWAKILAN BANK INDONESIA PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT DAN KOTA PEMATANG SIANTAR DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJASEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI Thesis Oleh M. M.BA Pembimbing II : Prof. Harif Amali Rivai, SE, M.Si ABSTRAK Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh modal psikologis dan beban kerja terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta memediasi kontribusi kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan Kota Pematang Siantar.Teknik purpossive sampling dengan kriteria tunggal digunakan pada 82 Pegawai non Pejabat. Kemudian tanggapan mereka terhadap kuesioner yang diajukan dianalisis dengan bantuan Perangkat Lunak Smart-PLS versi terbaru dengan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan analisis jalur dalam kriteria dua sisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hubungan yang diuji dapat dinyatakan sesuai dengan harapan penelitian. M.BA Pembimbing II : Prof. Harif Amali Rivai, SE, M.Si ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluates the effects of pyschological capital and workload on OCB, and mediating contribution of job satisfaction in Bank Indonesia representative area West Sumatera and Pematang Siantar City. Purpossive sampling technique with single criteria used to 82 non – official permanent banker employees. Then, their responses to the online questionnairess proposed analized by assisting Smart-PLS Sofware latest version with the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) and path-analysis in two-tail criteria.
