Abstract
ABSTRAK Iqbal Qairawan, NIM 2120842005, Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi Internal dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok Sumber daya manusia merupakan asset yang paling penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Apapun bentuk serta tujuannya, organisasi dibuat berdasarkan berbagai visi untuk kepentingan manusia dan dalam pelaksanaan misinya dikelola dan diurus oleh manusia. Selain itu sumber daya manusia juga merupakan faktor pengerak dan penentu jalannya suatu organisasi dalam mencapai keberhasilan atau tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi internal dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan inferensial. Dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data-data yang berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji f, uji t, uji korelasi parsial dan analisi path dengan pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan analisis factor untuk melihat validitas intrumen penelitian, pengujian reliabilitas instrument penelitian, serta pengujian normalitas untuk melihat distribusi data dalam variabel. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dari 30 jumlah pengawai yang ASN di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok. Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari beberapa variabel yang terdiri dari Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi Internal, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial Budaya Organisasi menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,095 > 0,05 terdapat hubungan yang tidak terkalalu signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji pasial Komunikasi Internal menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,289 > 0,05 terdapat hubungan yang tidak terlalu signifikan antara Komunikasi Internal dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial Lingkungan Kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,388 > 0,05 terdapat hubungan yang tidak terlalu signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diperoleh hasil tingkat hubungan yang tidak terlalu signifikan antara budaya organisasi, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok. Whatever the form and purpose, organizations are created based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out their missions are managed and administered by humans. Apart from that, human resources are also a driving and determining factor in the course of an organization in achieving success or organizational goals. In improving the good working image of government agencies (good governance), it is necessary to unify the direction and views of government employees which can be used as guidelines or references in carrying out both managerial and operational tasks in all fields and organizational units of government agencies. This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, internal communication and work environment on employee performance at the Solok Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research uses descriptive analysis methods with an inferential approach. Where this research uses data originating from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research uses f test analysis, t test, partial correlation test and path analysis by testing research instruments using factor analysis to see the validity of research instruments, testing the reliability of research instruments, as well as normality testing to see the distribution of data in variables. The sample for this research was 30 respondents from 30 ASN employees at the Solok Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The test results in this research showed a significant influence of several variables consisting of Organizational Culture, Internal Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance. Based on the partial test results for Organizational Culture, it shows a significant value of 0.095 > 0.05, there is a relationship that is not too significant between Organizational Culturei on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the Internal Communication spatial test, it shows a significant value of 0.289 > 0.05, there is a relationship that is not very significant between Internal Communication and Employee Performance. Based on the results of the partial Work Environment test, it shows a significant value of 0.388 > 0.05, there is a relationship that is not very significant between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. The conclusion of this research is that the results show a level of relationship that is not very significant between organizational culture, internal communication, and the work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Solok Regency.
