Abstract

Indonesia has declared its independence since 1945, but in these 70+ years this country has struggled to solve its poverty rate. An unstable economy makes people's ability to fulfill their needs become haywire. Islam encourages its believers to be involved in business activities. marketing is the activity. set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. Marketing in business in Indonesia is experiencing very fast development. Multi-level marketing is a marketing system through a distribution network that is gradually built by positioning both the company's customers and the marketing staff. Based on this, an alternative business concept was developed that could increase the level of the people's economy, namely Sharia Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) concept. PT Best Corporation was established in 2018, offering variety of products, from fuel saver, health products, agriculture, and quality cosmetic. Based on observation, there is a deficiency in the ability to achieve targets within a certain timeframe for many of PT Best's partners in Rita Team. This study aims to analyze the strategy used in the MLM Syariah system works at Rita Team into Business Model Cancas (BMC) and to propose strategically sustainable means of scaling the business. This research begins with the creation of a Business Model Canvas today based on 9 key elements of the Business Model Canvas. The next step is to analyse the team’s internal and external environment based on 9 key elements of the Business Model Canvas combined with SWOT analysis. After SWOT analysis, the strategy formulation stage is carried out consisting of three stages, namely the input stage (IFE matrix and EFE matrix), matching stage (SWOT matrix and IE matrix), and finally the decision stage (QSPM). Based on result of analysis, Rita Team is in a growth and build state. The Intensive strategies can be most appropriate for this, hence, to meet the needs of these strategies, practical steps are outlined that are recommended for members, including getting into online marketing, to develop a positive attitude that will not only be noticed by potential customers, but also to become excellent salespeople themselves. Members must also use various tools to successively lead a much larger number of possible deals to success. In addition, to make the performance more effective and focused, using the list of names and goal planner is a must for each member. Tips on acquisition steps, sharing and selling insights, and effective presentation were also outlined. The principles of building a functional super team to sustain and scale this network business are also described succinctly.
