Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Dengan Employee Engagement Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Pegawai Kontrak DI RSUD Padang Pariaman Mia Ayu Gusti dan Hendra Lukito Magister Manajemen, Universitas Andalas Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai kontrak di RSUD Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian exploratory dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 84 pegawai kontrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares- Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan program smartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan Employee engagement tidak sebagai variabel mediasi antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi pada pegawai kontrak di RSUD Padang Pariaman. Kata Kunci: Turnover Intention, Employee Engagement, Persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan Keadilan Organisasi   Analysis of Effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention with Employee Engagement as a Mediation Variable on Contract Employees at RSUD Padang Pariaman Mia Ayu Gusti and Hendra Lukito Magister Management, Andalas University Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational justice to turnover intention with employee engagement as a mediation variable on contract employees at RSUD Padang Pariaman. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. Sampling technique with census method, so sample size of 84 contract employees. This research uses SEM-PLS with smartPLS 3 program. The results of this research showed that perceived organizational support have negative but not significant effect to turnover intention, perceived organizational support have positive and significant effect to employee engagement, organizational justice and Employee engagement have negative and significant effect to turnover intention, organizational justice have positive but not significant effect to employee engagement, and employee engagement not as a mediating variable between perceived organizational support and organizational justice on contract employees at RSUD Padang Pariaman.
