Abstract

The research has the purpose to find the relationship of learning orientation, organizational innovation and transformational leadership towards organizational performance on embroidery and needlework SMEs in West Sumatera. The data obtained troughs questionnaire, and sample were drawn from 170 of embroidery and needlework SMEs in West Sumatera. The data analyzed by using SPSS 16 and SmartPLS 3.0. The finding indicated that learning orientation has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation and organizational performance. transformational leadership positively affects and have no significant impact on organizational innovation and organizational performance. organizational innovation positively affects and have no significant impact on organizational performance.
