Abstract
This research is aimed to compare the financial performance of the company before and after the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in year 2004-2016, where in this period, it will be compared the financial performance from sixth year before and after the implementation, with 2010 as a year base. The object of this study is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The Financial Performance is measured by using the financial ratios of Net profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Operational Efficiency Ratio. Data analysis method is the Paired Sample T-Test to measure the financial performance before and after the implementation. The result of this study indicate that there are significant difference on Net Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Operational Efficiency Ratio. This shows that there is increasing in efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Where the increasing in efficiency, effectiveness and profitability occured is one of the benefits gained by the company from the implementation of ERP.
