Abstract
This research investigates The Influence of Tranformasional Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Dinas Prasarana Jalan, Tata Ruang dan Pemukiman Sumatra Barat. The data obtained through questionnaire. The samples were drawn from 235 workers in Dinas Prasarana Jalan, Tata Ruang dan Pemukiman Sumatra Barat. The data analyzed by using SPSS 16. In this research there are three variable, those are independent variable which are Tranformasiona Leadership and Job Satisfaction. The dependent variable is Employee Performance. The research indicated that Job Satisfaction for Employee Peformance in institution have significant and positive effect.
