FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi,Juli 2016 YOLLI INDRIA SARI, No. BP 1311216060 FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN SANITASI KAPAL DI PELABUHAN TELUK BAYUR 2016 x + 62 halaman, 14 tabel, 3 gambar, 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Sanitasi kapal yang belum memenuhi syarat akan menimbulkan permasalahan secara fisik,kesehatan, estetika, dan daya tahan hidup manusia. sanitasi yang belum memenuhi syarat di dalam kapal akan menjadi tempat berkembang biaknya vektor penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap ABK dan peranan petugas kesehatan terhadap sanitasi kapal di Pelabuhan Teluk Bayur Tahun 2016 Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Padang. Desain penelitian cross sectional. Pelaksanaan penelitian Juni 2016. Jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik penganbilan sampel accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara langsung menggunakan kuisioner, data diperoleh dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square pada α = 0,05 Hasil Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa lebih dari separuh pengetahuan anak buah kapal terhadap sanitasi kapal adalah rendah (58%), lebih dari separuh anak buah kapal memiliki sikap negatif (54%), peranan petugas kesehatan yang tidak berperan hampir sama dengan petugas kesehatan yang berperan (52%). Terdapat hubungan bermakna variabel pengetahuan (p value=0,02), variabel peranan petugas kesehatan (p value=0,001)dengan sanitasi kapal dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna pada variabel sikap(p value=0,09) dengan sanitasi kapal. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan ABK dan peranan petugas kesehatan dengan sanitasi kapal. Petugas kesehatan untuk meberikan penyuluhan secara berkesinambungan kepada anak buah kapal tentang sanitasi kapal yang baik, agar anak buah kapal tahu dan mengerti sehingga dapat mencegah penularan penyakit di kapal. In the unsaniter ship will be ground vector disease. Knowing the relationship between knowledge, attitude of the crew and the role of health workers on the ship in port of Teluk Bayur Method The Reaseach was doing at port of Teluk Bayur Padang. The time is on Juni 2016 in year. This Reaseach use Cross Sectional study design. The numbered of sample is 100. The sample taken with the camera for recrd data, and interviewed with the quetioners, than datas was analysing with chi square test (α = 0,05). Result The result showed than more than a half of the crewlow knowledge (58%). More than half of crew have negatif attitude (54%).health workers not have a role almost as many as health workers have a role(52%). The were a significant relationship between knowledge (p value = 0,02), role of health workers (p value = 0,001) with ship sanitation. And there were not significant relationship between attitude of the crew ( p value = 0,09) with ship sanitation. Conclusion There were a significant relationship between knowledge of the crew ang role of health workers with ship sanitation. The research suggest with health workers in order giving a outreach for the hotion continously to crew about good sanitation.
