Abstract

Tujuan PHBS merupakan salah satu program prioritas pemerintah melalui Puskesmas dan menjadi sasaran luaran dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan PHBS ditatanan rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas IV Koto Mudik Kecamatan Batang Kapas Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2016 . Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional pada responden yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas IV Koto Mudik Kecamatan Batang Kapas Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dari bulan Mei - Juni 2016. Sampel terdiri dari 63 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional to size random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki PHBS kurang baik (87,3%), lebih dari separoh responden memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah (52,4%), lebih dari separoh responden bersikap negatif (50,8%), dan lebih dari separoh peran petugas kesehatan kurang baik (52,4%). Hasil analisis faktor yang berhubungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan penerapan PHBS di tatanan rumah tangga yaitu pengetahuan (p=0,022), dan peran petugas kesehatan (p=0,019). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan penerapan PHBS (p=0,474). Kesimpulan Pengetahuan dan peran petugas kesehatan merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan PHBS di tatanan rumah tangga. Disarankan kepada instansi terkait seperti Puskesmas, lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat agar melakukan kegiatan pembinaan dan penyuluhan mengenai PHBS di tatanan rumah tangga. Kepada kader dan petugas kesehatan diharapkan agar meningkatkan kinerja dalam melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat agar terwujudnya efektifitas dalam program PHBS. Method Type of this research is quantitative using cross sectional design, and carried on respondent in the working area of IV Koto Mudik health centers from Mei – June 2016. The sample consist of 63 respondents. Sampling using a multistage random sampling technique. Processing data using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square statistic test. Result The results showed the majority of respondents had unfavorable PHBS (87,3%), more than half of the respondents had low knowledge (52,4%), more than half of respondents are negative (50,8%), and more than half role health workers are less well (52,4 %%). Results analisis related factors indicate that the variables related to PHBS aplication in order household ie knowledge (p = 0,022) and the role of health care workers (p = 0,019). There is no significant relationship between attitudes to the application of PHBS (p = 0,474). Conclusion Knowledge and the role of health are factors that are associated with implementing PHBS in order household. Advised to relevant agencies such as health centers, community development agencies in order to carry out development activities and education about domestic PHBS in order. the cadres and health workers expected to improve performance in conducting outreach to the community in order to realize the effectiveness of the program PHBS.
