Abstract

PT Bina Usaha Keluarga Makmur is an industrial trading business that produces sauces and soy sauce. The rapid development of the food industry at this time requires companies to always provide the best quality products to their consumers because this is one of the important things in increasing the value and quality of the company. In addition, the high value and quality of a company can be used as a reference for the level of performance of a company. Performance measurement in a company can show how the condition of a company in a period. Measurement of a company's performance can be seen from various aspects including Customer aspects, Financial aspects, Internal Business Process aspects, Learning and Growth aspects, Social aspects, and Environmental aspects. Performance measurement through these approaches is summarized in a strategic performance measurement method called the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are 15 KPIs that have been validated. The descriptions of these KPIs are 2 KPIs from Financial perspective, 2 KPIs from Customers perspective, 4 KPIs from Internal Business Process perspective, 1 KPI from Growth and Learning, 4 KPIs from Environmental perspective, and 2 KPIs from Social perspective. Furthermore, weighting is carried out to determine the level of importance and priority for each KPI through a pairwise comparison questionnaire using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the overall performance measurement at PT Bina Usaha Keluarga Makmur are 3,734. This means that the performance of PT Bina Usaha Keluarga Makmur is in the good category. The priority of improvement proposed at PT Bina Usaha Keluarga Makmur is the income growth rate, especially in the production of sauces and the noise level which is in the medium performance category.
