Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PEMBERIAN FERRO SULFAT, FERRO SULFAT PLUS VITAMIN C DAN BESI FERRO TERHADAP KADAR GLUKOSA DAN HEMOGLOBIN DARAH PADA TIKUS HAMIL ENDANG SARI Pemberian fero sulfat sebagai salah satu upaya penting dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan anemia zat besi. Peningktan kadar hemoglobin darah selain dapat ditingkatkan dengan pemberian fero sulfat dapat juga dikombinasikan dengan konsumsi zat gizi lain seperti vitamin C. pemberian fero sulfat secara rutin tanpa ada indikasi (Hb rendah) bisa menyebabkan peningkatan gula darah yang bisa menjadi Diabetes Gestasional pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian zat besi dan vitamin C terhadap kadar glukosa dan hemoglobin darah tikus hamil. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Farmakologi Fakultas Farmasi Penelitian dimulai bulan Agustus 2018 - Mei 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre and post test control group desain .sampel berjumlah 28 ekor tikus putih. Alat ukur menggunakan spektrofotometer. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan Uji normalitas Shapiro Wilks. Setelah uji parametrik terpenuhi maka dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesa menggunakan one way anova. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberian fero sulfat, fero sulfat plus vitamin C dan besi fero memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kadar glukosa darah dimana pada kelompok kontrol (p= 0,001), P1(p= 0,001), P2 (p= 0,001), P3(p= 0,003), begitu juga dengan kadar hemoglobin darah memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pemberian ferro sulfat, ferro sulfat plus vitamin c dan besi ferro dimana pada kelompok kontrol (p= 0,001), P1(p= 0,001), P2 (p= 0,001), P3(p= 0,003). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah untuk kadar glukosa darah terdapat penurunan yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol dan fero sulfat plus vitamin C sedangkan pemberian fero sulfat dan besi fero terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan. Untuk Kadar Hemoglonin darah kelompok pemberian fero sulfat, fero sulfat plus vitamin C dan besi fero memiliki peningkatan signifikan sedangkan kelompok kontrol memiliki penurunan yang signifikan. Kata Kunci : Fero Sulfat, Vitamin C,besi fero, Kadar Glukosa darah, Kadar Hemoglobin Darah ABSTRACT FERRO SULFATES'S EFFECTS FERO SULFATES COMBINED PLUS VITAMIN C AND IRON FERO TO GLUCOSE LEVELS AND BLOOD HEMOGLOBIN IN PREGNANT RATS ENDANG SARI Ferro sulfate's gift was one of great significance in iron prevention and anemia prevention. Ferro sulfate was given to a pregnant mother everyday during her pregnancy or a minimum of go (ninety) tablets. Increase in blood hemoglobin level in addition to being upgraded by ferro sulfate they can also be combined with other nutrients like vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the antioxidants. Ferro sulfate's routine without any indication (low hemoglobin) it could cause an increase in blood sugar that could be gestasional diabetes of pregnant mother. This research is carried out in pharmacevtical faculty pharmacology lab and in the biochemistry lab of medical school andalas university in Padang. The research begins in August 2018- may 2019. This type of research is experimental by using research design pre and post test control group design. Total sample 28 white mice divided into four groups which is group 1 is the control group, group 2 gift Fe, group 3 gift Fe plus Vit C, group 4 gift Fe elementals. Data analysed using the normality test shapiro wilks. After the parametric test is complete then proceed with a hypothecal test using one way anova. This research of this study indicate the administration of ferrous sulfate, ferrous sulfate plus vitamin C and ferrous iron have a significant relationship to blood glucose levels where in the control group (p = 0.001), P1 (p = 0.001), P2 (p = 0.001), P3 (p = 0.003), as well as blood hemoglobin levels have a significant relationship to the administration of ferrous sulfate, ferrous sulfate plus vitamin c and ferrous iron where in the control group (p = 0.001), P1 (p = 0.001), P2 (p = 0.001) , P3 (p = 0.003). The conclusion of this study was that for blood glucose levels there was a significant decrease in the control group and ferrous sulfate plus vitamin C while the administration of ferrous sulfate and ferrous iron had a significant increase. For blood hemoglonin levels, the ferro sulfate, ferrous sulfate plus vitamin C and ferrous iron groups had a significant increase while the control group had a significant decrease. keywords : Ferro Sulfate, Vitamin C, Blood Glucose levels, Blood Hemoglobin levels.
