Abstract
The acceleration of technological advancement has brought significant changes to the education sector, requiring educators to adapt to evolving work demands. This study aims to examine the level of readiness for change among teachers at three Islamic State Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City in response to the challenges of the digital era. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 143 teachers selected through proportioned random sampling. The study utilized the Readiness for Organizational Change scale developed by Holt et al. (2007) and adapted by Humaidah (2023), with a reliability coefficient of .908. The results of this study obtained that 68.5% (98 of 143 subject) of Islamic State Junior High School Teachers in Pekanbaru City have a high category of readiness for change with change efficacy as the highest factor (aspect). Differences were observed across institutions, with Islamic State Junior High School 3 showing the highest readiness, followed by Islamic State Junior High School 2 and Islamic State Junior High School 1, respectively.
