Abstract

Background: Cancer is disease characterized by with growth excessive abnormal cells that can spread to part other bodies as well can cause death. Efforts treatment cancer breast can done with various method, one of which is is improvement quality life. Purpose: This study aim to know influence support social to efficacy self and quality life patient cancer breasts undergoing procedure chemotherapy. Methods: Research design This is cross sectional with use application SmartPLS 4.0 data processing. Data retrieval techniques sample use non probability sampling that is consecutive sampling with amount sample of 95 people. Results: This study show that has a significant effect between social support to patient breast cancer self-efficacy ( p value 0.000), that has a significant effect between social support to quality of life patient breast cancer ( p value 0.000), that has a significant effect between self-efficacy to quality of life patient breast cancer ( p value 0.000) and that has a significant effect of social support to quality of life patient breasts cancer mediated by self-efficacy with mark substantially strong (R 2 > 0.75). Conclusions: There has a relationship between support social, efficacy self to quality life patient cancer breasts and there are influence positive between support social to quality life patient cancer breasts mediated by efficacy self.
