Abstract
Pengaruh Workplace Spirituality dan Transformational Leadership Terhadap Employee Performance Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat Tesis Oleh Yudi Rahman (2220522013) Pembimbing Dr. Laura Syahrul, SE., MBA dan Dr. Hendra Lukito, SE, MM ABSTRAK Untuk bertahan dan bersaing di era globalisasi yang cepat berubah, organisasi harus menerapkan strategi yang efektif secara konsisten. Dalam manajemen organisasi, sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi efektif dan berkomitmen dalam peningkatan performa. Peningkatan employee performance adalah upaya terus-menerus yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh employee performance, workplace spirituality, transformational leadership, dan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengumpulan sampel adalah purposive sampling yaitu 95 pegawai Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality dan transformational leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif dan langsung ke employee performance. Sedangkan untuk organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel mediasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung. In organizational management, high-quality human resources are effective and committed to performance improvement. Improving employee performance is the continuous effort required to the goals, vision, and mission of the organization. The study aims to test the influence of employee performance, workplace spirituality, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior as mediation variables. The population in this study is the BPKP Representative of the Province of Western Sumatra. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Based on the tests carried out showed that workplace spirituality and transformational leadership have a positive and direct influence on employee performance.
