Abstract

Kolong Langit Agrotourism is business tourism, integration or tourism and agriculture where visitors can enjoy orange and strawberry garden while viewing the surrounding natural scenery. This research aims to describe the management of Kolong Langit agrotourism and identify service attributes and consumer rating for management performance in the Kolong Langit agrotourisme attributes. This research uses the survey method where the selection of respondents was done by none-probability sampling method with 40 respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively equipped with the Importance-Performance Analysis model. The results show that the management of Kolong Langit agrotourism object is managed by a family member use their own labor. Kolong Langit Agrotourism visitors satisfaction toward services dimensions can be categorized as satisfied with value of 72,2 %. Analysis result of services performance using Importants Performance Analysis (IPA) for visitor satisfaction shows that there are six attributes that enter the Quadrant 1, the attributes included in this quadrant are the top priority, which mean the performance of the attributes in this quadrant must be increased, these attributes include the neatness and attractiveness of the manager appearance, site cleanliness, availability prayer room, parking lots, toilets, cafes, and shelter.
