Abstract

Essy Pratisardy Hendra Lukito Faculty of Economy, Andalas University ABSTRACT This research is aimed to study the impact of Recruitment, Selection, and Motivation on the Employees Performance of PT Bank XYZ Tbk Padang Branch. The independent variables are Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2), and Motivation (X3). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Performance (Y). The sample of this research is 40 respondents by using census technique, in which all population is considered the sample. This research uses primary data, and those are analyzed using SPSS 20 program. The findings of this research show that recruitment variable gives positive impact but not significant on the employees performance, whereas selection and motivation variable give positive impacts and significant on the employees performance of PT Bank XYZ Tbk Padang Branch. Variabel bebasnya yakni Rekrutmen (X1), Seleksi (X2), Motivasi (X3), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dengan menggunakan tehnik sensus, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable rekrutmen berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel seleksi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank XYZ Tbk Cabang Padang.
