Abstract

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PT SEMEN PADANG BERDASARKAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP CITRA PERUSAHAAN DI KOTA PADANG Thesis Oleh Satrio Rian Bhakti Pembimbing 1 : Prof. Dr. Syukri Lukman, SE.,MS Pembimbing 2 : Dr. Harif Amali Rivai, SE., M.Si ABSTRAK Dengan menjalankan CSR tentunya banyak memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak PT Semen Padang diantaranya Meningkatkan citra positif dan memperkuat brand perusahaan PT Semen Padang di mata publik, Dapat membuka kesempatan kerja sama baru antara perusahaan dengan pihak lain, Meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang menjadi target CSR. Pada penelitian ini metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probality. Metode non probability merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan tidak memberikan peluang pada setiap anggota populasi agar terpilih menjadi sampel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) Implementasi CSR berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat, b) Implementasi CSR berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan, c) Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan, d) Implementasi CSR berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan melalui Kepuasan Masyarakat. In this study, the sampling method used the non-probability method. The non-probability method is a sampling technique that does not provide an opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample with a total sample of 130. Research results show that a) CSR implementation affects the level of community satisfaction, b) The implementation of CSR has an effect on corporate image, c) the level of community satisfaction has an effect on corporate image, c) The implementation of CSR affects the Company's Image through Community Satisfaction.
