Abstract
Nowadays,it has been a central concern of the importance of career readiness. Acknowledgement of career readiness is the first stage of Career Education. The current status quo is the lack of proper career guidance and information. Raising career readiness is an important element for improving degree completion.Meanwhile there is a lot of study conducted by previous researchers on the relation between emotional intelligence, academic satisfaction and self-efficacy towards career readiness. In this study, questionnaires were given to 172 undergraduate Management students at Universitas Andalas. Data analysis used SmartPLS 3.3. This study found that Emotional Intelligence and Academic Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect, while Self-Efficacy had a negative and not significant effect on Career Readiness of Undergraduates Management Students at Universitas Andalas
