Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI), profitability and sales growth of the company’s stock price companies on the list CGPI released by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) for the year 2012. In this study there are three independent variables, Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI), profitability and sales growth with dependent variable is stock price. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The number of populations found in this study were 39 companies that meet and then purposive sampling 30 companies. Type of regression model used in this study is multiple regression, and then to test in multiple regression studies using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21.0 for windows using F test (ANOVA) and test T (partial). The result of this study showed that together (Test F) all independent variables affect the stock price. Then, the only independent variable T test profitability affecting stock price significantly. While corporate governance perception index and sales growth does not affect stock price. Keywords: corporate governance perception index, profitability, sales growth, stock price.
