Abstract

This thesis is analise the political tweet of Donald Trump and Ali Khamenei during the military conflict betwen US and Iran by refering to the super five strategies of impoliteness by Culpeper (1996). As the leader of a big nation who hand a high position and power in the social life, both of them intend and expect act, speek and do anithing in a polite way. But the tweet deliver in opositeway. The data of this research is the political tweet of Donald Trump and Ali Khamenei relate to the murder cas of the general Qaseem Soleimani ( the leader of Quds Force of Iran). The tweet collect on january and analise descriptivly depend on the context by using descriptive qualitative method . In this reaseacrh discover four impoliteness strategy that use on thw tweets By refering to the super five strategies of impoliteness by Culpeper 1996, such as Bald and Record impoliteness, Negative impoliteness, and Positive Impoliteness.
