Abstract

This study attempts to examine the influence of socioeconomic factor that represented by income percapita, out-of-pocket expenditure of health, education and poverty partially and simultaneously to the health in Asia countries which 55 countries over period of 20 years from 1999-2018. The data that used in this study are taken from the data of the World Bank. The study employed Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the result, probability of F-statistis is 0.00 < α=0.05, so income percapita, out-of-pocket expenditure of health, education and poverty simultaneously effect the health by 65.2%. Meanwhile in partially with significances α is 5%, the socioeconomic factors used in this study that effect the health are out-of-pocket expenditure of health with the coefficient 0.968 and education has coefficient 0.052. while income percapita and poverty are not significant in partially.
