Abstract

Kesalahan Pemberian obat telah banyak menelan korban dirumah sakit, terutama saat diungkapkan penemuan dari Institut Of Medicine(IOM) hasil penelitian Khon, Et Al,(1999) dengan hasillaporan yang menyiarkan ada setidaknya 44.000-98.000 orang amerika meninggal setiap tahunnya karena medical error.
