Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of teaching and learning process on student’s performance in Andalas University’s students. The data obtained through questionnaire.The questionnaire was distributed to 135 students. The hypothesis was generated and analyzed using SPSS 16.0. Results reflected that using cooperative learning methods and technological approach have no significant effect on student’s performance. And individualistic learning approach significantly influence student’s performance. Students whose studies with cooperative learning methods have negative relationship with their academic performance. The more practice of cooperative learning method, lower of academic performance. Key words: cooperative learning approach, technological approach, individualistic learning approach and student’s performance.
