Abstract

Tujuan Kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh unsafe action dan unsafe condition di Proyek Indarung VI mengalami peningkatan 3 bulan terkahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja di area pembangunan pabrik indarung VI Tahun 2016. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Proyek Indarung VI pada bulan Oktober 2015 sampai Maret 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja di Proyek Indarung VI dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability proporsional to size. Data diolah dengan SPSS dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α= 0,05). Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecelakaan kerja 71,9%, tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) 54,4%, kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) 66,7%. Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dengan kecelakaan kerja POR = 24,7 ( p value = 0,001, 95% CI (6,8-89,4) dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) dengan kecelakaan kerja POR = 50,4 ( p value = 0,001, 95% CI (14,6-173,9). Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja di area proyek pembangunan pabrik indarung VI.
