Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of political connection, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and female board members on firm value. Firm value is an important indicator that reflects market perceptions of a company's performance and future prospects. This study uses companies listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) as the research objects, with an observation period from 2018 to 2022. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from companies’ annual reports and capital market data sources. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a number of companies that meet the research criteria. The results show that political connection, ESG, and female board members have an influence on firm value. These findings indicate that non-financial factors are considered by investors in evaluating companies, particularly those related to corporate governance, sustainability, and board characteristics. This study is expected to contribute to the development of research related to factors affecting firm value and serve as a reference for future studies. In addition, the results are expected to provide consideration for companies in improving governance quality and sustainability strategies to enhance firm value.
