Abstract
This study analyzed the bilateral trade between Indonesia and Singapore during the period 1991–2010. Bilateral trade refers to trade conducted between two countries. The Indonesia–Singapore relationship has undergone various developments over time. This study examined the factors influencing bilateral trade, including total trade flow (exports and imports) of both countries, the gross domestic product (GDP) of both countries, and the Indonesian exchange rate against the Singapore dollar. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method was used for the analysis. The results indicate that both the GDP of Indonesia and Singapore, as well as the Indonesian exchange rate against the Singapore dollar, have a positive and significant effect on the total trade flow between the two countries.
