Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Activity Based Management (ABM), Productivity, and Efficiency of conventional and Islamic bank in Padang. It ensure the implementing of Activity Based Management and measure its influence on Productivity and Efficiency. Measuring the implementation of ABM use the ABM criteria have develop by Brimson And Antos. The research have found that Activity Based Management has been implemented by conventional and Islamic bank in Padang and influence to Productivity and Efficiency.
