Abstract
Pengaruh Strategi Transformasi Digital, Inovasi Produk, Dan Kualitas Layanan Klaim Digital Terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif Dan Kinerja Perusahaan Studi Pada Asuransi Umum Di Indonesia Rinny Rahman Syafrizal Eri Besra ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi transformasi digital, inovasi produk, dan kualitas layanan klaim digital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif serta kinerja perusahaan pada industri asuransi umum di Indonesia. Di tengah tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi asuransi, terbatasnya penetrasi pasar, serta meningkatnya tuntutan digitalisasi, transformasi digital dipandang sebagai inisiatif strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, diferensiasi layanan, dan daya saing perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kepada perusahaan asuransi umum di seluruh Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi transformasi digital, inovasi produk, dan kualitas layanan klaim digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, keunggulan kompetitif juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Secara konseptual maupun praktis, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi bisnis berbasis digital dalam industri asuransi, sekaligus menjadi referensi yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memperkuat daya saing dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Amid challenges such as low insurance literacy, limited market penetration, and the growing demand for digitalization, digital transformation is viewed as a strategic initiative to enhance efficiency, service differentiation, and corporate competitiveness. The research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys distributed to general insurance companies across Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings reveal that digital transformation strategy, product innovation, and digital claims service quality significantly influence competitive advantage and company performance. Furthermore, competitive advantage is proven to have a positive impact on improving company performance. Conceptually and practically, this research contributes to the development of digital-based business strategies in the insurance industry and serves as a valuable reference for companies to strengthen competitiveness and improve customer service through technology utilization.
