Abstract

As the needs of managing existing building facilities become more complex, technology becomes an important aspect to improve operational efficiency and sustainability. One of the aspects used today in facility management is Building Information Modeling (BIM) which allows for integrated modeling and management of building assets. The use of BIM in the construction industry in Indonesia is still considered not optimal due to several obstacles including providers who feel they do not need BIM, high investment costs, and BIM software is considered too complicated. Therefore, several BIM-integrated software were introduced to help simplify work so that a project can be done more effectively and efficiently. Some of these software include Autodesk Revit to do 3-dimensional modeling, Autodesk Construction Cloud which allows all users to work simultaneously in real-time with various features available, to Revizto which is a more compact software that is able to facilitate project management and integrate BIM models, 2-dimensional images, and project data into a visual platform that can be accessed via Smartphone. This research requires valid data. Therefore, data collection is carried out such as As-Built Drawing of the Building of the Department of Civil Engineering, Andalas University, After data collection, the existing building was modeled using Autodesk Revit, because the modeling was carried out by 3 people divided by each floor, Autodesk Construction Cloud was used so that modeling could be carried out collaboratively and in real-time. After data collection, modeling of the existing building was carried out using Autodesk Revit, because the modeling was carried out by 3 people who were divided by each floor, Autodesk Construction Cloud was used so that modeling could be done collaboratively and in real-time. Using Autodesk Construction Cloud can reduce errors and clashes during modeling so that modeling can be completed faster. After modeling, a file transfer from Autodesk Revit to Revizto was carried out to input maintenance and maintenance data from the Building of the Department of Civil Engineering, Andalas University, Padang. These maintenance data refer to the COBie (Construction-Operations Building information exchange) format. The final result of this research is in the form of 3-dimensional modeling of the Building of the Department of Civil Engineering of Andalas University, Padang and real-time data presentation in the database in Revizto Software which can be accessed through various devices such as, PC, Smartphone, and Tablet. The results of the research will be presented in the form of a Final Project report by following the predetermined writing format.
