Abstract

Kajian Skripsi ini fokus pada permasalahan dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal di Kota Padang pemerintah telah gencar dalam melakukan sebuah solsialisasi dan edukasi agar program pemerintah tentang pariwisata halal dapat diterima, sehingga dengan harapan dengan berkembangnya pariwisata halal dapat menambah pendapatan bagi sebuah daerah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apasaja bentuk-bentuk dan upaya yang telah dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Padang dalam melakukan pengambangan dan meningkatkan pariwisata halal di Kota Padang. Metode penelitia Kualitatif dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif berguna untuk mengungkapkan proses kejadian secara mendetail sehingga diketahui bagaiman perkembangan dalam proses kebijakan pariwisata halala. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dalam proses kebijakan tentang pariwisata halal belum berjalan secara optimal, hal itu disebabkan karena belum sepenuhnya kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah dan pelaku industri. Namun pemerintah terus gencar dalam memberikan sosialisasi dan himbauan, dalam bentuk usaha yang telah dilakuka oleh pemerintah terus mengikut sertaka Kota Padang dalam setiap acara pariwisata halal. Qualitative study method is chosen because qualitative research is useful to disclose the process of incident in detail so it is known how developments in tourism policy process Halala. The results concluded that in the process of policy on halal tourism has not run optimally, it is caused because it is not fully a good cooperation between the Government and the industry actors. However, the Government continues to provide socialization and encouragement, in the form of business that has been legalated by the Government continues to follow the city of Padang in any halal tourism event.
