Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of dairy goat milk based on the levels of fat, protein, lactose and total solid in Padayo Farm. The material used was 14 lactating goats in Padayo Farm, Indarung, Padang. The research method used was survey method. Measurement of fat, protein, lactose and total solid content using Milk Analyzer Lactoscan. Milk sampling for quality test was repeated three times. The average results obtained in this study were fat content of 7.3%, Protein 3.85%, Lactose 3.67% and Total solid 15%. The measurement results of fat, protein, lactose and total solid content in this study meet the TAS 6006-2008 standard.
