Abstract

This research is to describe the influences of good corporate governance (GCG) and risk management implementation to the financial performance. This research uses regression analysis to determine whether good corporate governance (GCG) and risk management has a significant influence over the financial performance (ROE). This research used a sample of 26 Regional Development Bank in Indonesia from year 2011-2013. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The result of this research indicates tliat there is no significant effect between good corporate governance (GCG) and financial performance (ROE). The result of this research shows that there is no significant effect between risk management and financial perfonnance (ROE). And also there is no significant effect between good corporate governance (GCG), risk management and financial performance (ROE).
