Abstract

Problem Formulation: 1). What is the evaluation process carried out by the Governor on |i II ' ■' j |i the draft Regional Regulation on the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan used by West Pasaman Regency? 2). How does West Pasaman Regency follow up I ] on the, results of the evaluation of the plarmed Regional Regulation j on the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan? 3). What are the legal implications if the results of the evaluation are not followed up by West Pasaman Regency? The research method is Juridical Sociology consisting of Primary Legal Materials and Secondary Legal Materials, collected through field research, data analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) The evaluation process carried out^by the Governor on the draft Regional Regulation on the Regional Medium-Tenn Development Plan used by West Pasaman Regency: a. The establishment of a regulation on the RPJMD, adjusted to the Vision and Mission of the Elected I Regent, b. The initiating Regional Apparatus compiles a design Provincial regulations based on the Program for the Establishment of Regency Regional Regulations.2).-..West Pasaman Regency .to follow up. on the results of the evaluation of the plan a.
