Abstract

ANALYSIS OF DIVERSIFICATION SALAK FRUIT (SALACCA EDULIS REINW.) PRODUCT IN WEST ANGKOLA SOUTH TAPANULI DISTRICT Iwan Sodogoron Harahap, SE Magister Science Economic Of Agriculture Andalas University Padang Advisor Prof. Dr. Ir. Rudi Febriamansyah, MSc and Dr. Ir. Dwi Yuzaria, SE, MSi ABSTRACT Major farmer bark specially District Of Angkola West Sub-Province of Tapanuli South not yet see and exploit opportunity by fruit bark to get added value from result of their crop. Local society only surrenderness with result of crop which abundance and low price. Target of research to give added value picture from salak fruit become assortedly product (salak flaky, salak dodol, salak candy, salak date) and also constraints faced farmer bark in course of. Analysis method the used method calculation of added value with Method of Hayami. From result of research two responder of UKM AGRINA and of Salacca. Of UKM AGRINA obtained added value for the process of processing of flaky bark equal to Rp.2.909 / kg, dodol bark equal to Rp.9.258 / kg, candy bark equal to Rp.11.330 / kg, date bark equal to Rp.10.736 / kg. Of Salacca obtained added value for the process of processing of flaky bark equal to Rp.2.659 / kg, dodol bark equal to Rp 8.701 / kg, candy bark equal to Rp.11.080 / kg, date bark equal to Rp 10.650 / kg. Constraint faced by farmer bark in course of more dominant lay in its human resource factor.
