Abstract
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE, LEADER CHARACTERISTICS AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: CASE STUDY OF FARMERS' SYNERGY AND HOPE GUMANTI GROUPS IN THE GUMANTI LEVEL, SOLOK DISTRICT Alfi Chandra1, Donard Games2, Dessy Kurnia Sari3 123Master of Management, Faculty of Economics, Andalas University, Padang, Indonesia ABSTRACT Alfi Chandra. 2023. Organizational Structure, Governance, Leader Characteristics and Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Farmer Groups Farmer Synergy and Hope for Gumanti in the Gumanti Valley, Solok Regency Until now agriculture is still a superior basis for the economy of rural communities. The aims of this research are (1) To determine the role of the organizational structure of farmer groups in the Gumanti Valley. (2) Knowing the role of governance in farmer groups in the Gumanti Valley. (3) knowing the role of leader characteristics in farmer groups in the Gumanti Valley. (4) knowing the role of performance in farmer groups in the Gumanti Valley. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data obtained through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data by means of data triangulation. Data analysis techniques use comparative or comparative analysis. The results showed that the organizational structure of Sinergy Tani and Harapan Gumanti was clearly arranged according to the division of labor, duties and authority of each organization's management. The management of the Sinergy Tani farmer group is carried out based on the AD ART that has been made. in the Harapan Gumanti farmer group organization also manages organizational management. characteristics of the leaders of farmer group organizations Sinergy Tani this organization seems to be dominated by organizational leaders. Leaders are dominant in decision making. In the Harapan Gumanti Farmer Group organization, leaders maintain transparency to build member trust. The performance of the Sinergy Tani organization has made various efforts so that it can cultivate farming businesses to remain stable. Meanwhile, the Harapan Gumanti farmer group organization divides the work in shifts starting from the processing of land, planting to harvest time. Struktur Organisasi, Tata Kelola, Karakteristik Pemimpin Dan Kinerja Organisasi : Studi Kasus Kelompok Tani Sinergy Tani Dan Harapan Gumanti Di Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok Sampai saat ini pertanian masih jadi basis yang unggul bagi perekonomian masyarakat perdesaan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui peran struktur organisasi kelompok tani di Lembah Gumanti. (2) Mengetahui peran tata kelola pada kelompok tani di Lembah Gumanti. (3) mengetahui peran karaktaristik pemimpin pada kelompok tani di Lembah Gumanti. (4) mengetahui peran kinerja pada kelompok tani di Lembah Gumanti. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan cara triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis perbandingan atau komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur organisasi Sinergy Tani maupun Harapan Gumanti sudah jelas tersusun sesuai pembagian kerja, tugas dan wewenang masing-masing pengurus organisasi. Tata kelola kelompok tani Sinergy Tani pengelolaan dilakukan dengan berpatokan kepada AD ART yang telah dibuat. pada organisasi kelompok tani Harapan Gumanti juga melakukan pengelolaan manajemen organisasi. karakteristik pemimpin organisasi kelompok tani Sinergy Tani organisasi ini terlihat lebih didominasi oleh pemimpin organisasi. Pemimpin bersikap dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada organisasi kelompok Tani Harapan Gumanti pemimpin menjaga transparansi untuk membangun kepercayaan anggota. Kinerja organisasi Sinergy Tani melakukan berbagai upaya agar tetap bisa membudidayakan usaha tani tetap stabil, Sedangkan pada organisasi kelompok tani Harapan Gumanti, membagi pekerjaan secara bergiliran mulai dari proses pengolahan lahan, penanaman hingga waktu panen.
